Anaheim Resort District Construction Update

The Anaheim Resort District is undergoing a wave of construction that is showing steady progress by replacing old buildings and filling up empty lots. Here is the recently completed Springhill Suites which replaces an old gas station.

The Springhill Suites actually face Katella Avenue. I noticed there is a Coffee Bean with an outside seating area which is highly unusual for this area (See below). Great opportunity for people watching in the district.

Pictured below is the old Jolly Roger Hotel which thankfully was finally torn down in 2014. It is being replaced with a Marriott Residence Inn.
