Irvine Spectrum Under Construction

Orange County's newest tower at 200 Spectrum Center is almost finished and will certainly be the centerpiece of the Irvine Spectrum. The tower is 21-stories tall and it is partnered with a 6-level (1459 stall) parking structure.

The WATG tower is next-door. It also has some construction going on in its back lot.

Site preparation at 350 Spectrum Center.

ARB is the contractor at 350 Spectrum Center. I have been unable to confirm the project, so more information will be coming soon.

Centerpointe Apartment Homes are under construction just down the street.
